SHIPPING
HOW LONG AFTER ORDERING IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
We typically ship all orders within 2-4 business days. If you select Expedited Processing at checkout, we'll ship within 24-48 hours depending on which time in the day the orders are placed.
WHICH CARRIER DO YOU USE?
We ship all items with USPS. For international shipments, your local mail carrier will handle and deliver the item once it enters your country.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?
We ship all orders from our USA factory. Due to Covid-19, some international packages may be delayed due to routing or customs delays.
- USA - Within 2-5 business days
- Canada - Within 4-10 business days
- Western Europe - Within 5-15 business days
- Australia/NZ - Within 5-15 business days
- Rest of the World - Within 5-20 business days

I DIDN'T RECIEVE MY ORDER
Please email us: info@jlngifts.com, quoting your order number from the confirmation email/SMS message. We'll help track down your order. Alternatively, you can also Live Chat by clicking on the Bubble at the bottom right hand corner of our site.
WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS FEES/TAXES?
We do our best to help ensure your item arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible, including labelling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities.
Changes to EU customs regulations means you may be charged sales tax (VAT) upon delivery of your order. Refer to your country tax authority for guidance on what fees are due on items shipped from the USA.
If fees are charged by customs, they are payable by the recipient.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
Shipping insurance is offered at checkout. It's provided by JLN GIFTS and covers you in case the item is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. To make a claim, contact our support team.
Please note - shipping insurance is non-refundable once your order has shipped.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At JLN Gifts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We've created this return and exchange process to make your experience as effortless as possible!
Unworn or unwashed merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original order date if accompanied by original tags and packaging. This does NOT apply to personalized items unless there is an error in manufacturing.
All online order returns, refunds and exchanges must be made through our returns process through our customer service team via info@jlngifts.com.
Please note, any health/wellness items cannot be returned or exchanged.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM
- To begin the returns process, please send an email to our customer service support team at info@jlngifts.com with your Name, Order Number, Picture of the defective product/incorrect item and reason for return/refund.
- As soon as we receive the request, our customer service team will review the order and will provide feedback within the next 24-48 hours.
- If the order qualifies as approved for return/refund, you may use the shipping service of your choosing to return the item. You should ensure you have appropriate tracking on the item so that we can track if necessary.
- Do not send returns to the original address. Use the address provided from our customer service department.
- You will be notified when your return has been received. Once received, we can do one of the following options:
- We can refund your original form of payment within 3-5 business days.
- We can send a replacement of the order within 72 hours
If your tracking number states your order was delivered, please go to your post office and file a claim for review.
We charge a 30% restocking fee for all returned items.
